Many years ago I realized the potential rewards of real estate investing and started an exciting career buying, selling and developing properties. In the last ten years I have expanded my vision and now incorporate investing in countries other than the United States. By sharing my experiences and acquired expertise, I hope to inspire others with the excitement that foreign investing has instilled in me. Since I always strive to be the best that I can be, I am currently working on my certification as an “International Property Specialist”! My hope and intention is to be able to exceed your expectations as we explore the possibilities of your desire to create a lifestyle overseas.

It is exciting to think about isn’t it? My adventurous spirit can benefit you in investigating the international real estate market. I have been traveling and exploring in Central America and the Caribbean extensively since 1998. After researching the requirements for foreign ownership in a number of countries, I built a spec home in Mexico, bought a house in the mountains of Panama and invested in several island properties in the Caribbean. Recently, I traveled to Europe and identified exciting investment opportunities in France, Spain and Italy.

I do my best to continue to stay at the cutting edge by regularly researching alternative investment opportunities in multiple markets. This enables me to make educated decisions by selecting projects in regions or categories with the greatest chance of success. My experience in foreign countries allows me to better identify with several different cultures. As a result, I am now assisting buyers from countries outside of the United States to find investment opportunities that have been created by challenges to the US real estate markets.
