Pre-Trip:

The first step is for us to meet or correspond so that I can best determine your needs and desires which will enable me to give you the experience of a lifetime centered around exactly what you may be looking for or wanting to experience in Panama.

Once we complete the initial interview, and you know we can have some fun together with the understanding that “Your Vision is Our Mission”, you will complete your sign-in form and pay your deposit so we can start creating.

The next step is to set dates and get to Panama! There are a couple of ways that can happen.

1. Everyone may fly together, beginning our experience on the ground in the US. This may depend on how many are going and the geographic location of the Expat Staycation group members.

2. Another option is that we meet you in Panama at the airport, where we will enable VIP service through customs.

3. Individual custom tours are available too, for those that want exclusive,"just for you", attention.

Day 1: Fly in-get settled.

Days 2-3: The First half-day we orient you with a short, Overview Investment Strategy Seminar which will include topics such as residency, banking, retirement programs, real estate law, and relocation services, health care, communication options, and how to set up a corporation. At that point we will also give you a brief update on some of the real estate opportunities available that may match your criteria.

The rest of the day and all the next day we will: Explore hot real estate opportunities in Panama City and along the coasts and mountains outside Panama City. Optional: Panama Canal tour

Days 4-6: A short flight to Bocas Del Toro (the Venice of Panama) an archipelago of hundreds of islands with exotic bird and other animals, sea turtles and dolphins. Go for a dip in the ocean, beach comb and of course, explore current real estate opportunities .Optional: Catamaran ride, snorkel, dive

Days 7-9: Take a short hop to David for Pacific side opportunities. Find out why Boca Chica is one of the next emerging markets in Panama. We will also go to Boquete, the high ranking retirement community in “the most desirable places to live” survey, where you can explore the town, drink the local coffee, hike the mountains and bird watch or chat with locals. Explore best local real estate opportunities. Optional: Ride the Zip line

Days 10: Fly back to Panama City and back to the States.

The entire package includes airfare, accommodations and one meal per day. All arrangements are made for you and you will always be accompanied by myself and one other knowable person to make your Expact Stayation enjoyable and productive.
