Introducing Anne-Michelle Wand
Anne-Michelle Wand brings a unique vision to real estate. It’s a vision forged from her successful background as an entrepreneur and business owner in various fields. It’s a vision that has enabled her to successfully invest in a wide range of lucrative real estate ventures, including Single Family Residences (SFR), land acquisition and development projects, fix and flips and multi-family housing.
This extensive experience has given Anne-Michelle, licensed realtor, a wide knowledge of rental markets, mortgage lending and creative ways to fund projects. She has also formed and managed investor groups, who then participate in larger, joint venture projects.
More recently her vision has been expanded and now incorporates international opportunities. To take advantage of these openings Anne-Michelle is in the process of getting her certification as an "international property specialist."
Anne-Michelle has been investing in and managing real estate projects since 1986 when she developed the land surrounding her own home. So profitable was that first project, she went on and did two similar sub-divisions over the next few years.
By 1991 Anne-Michelle had bought and was managing a number of rental properties. She was also maintaining a healthy cash flow with the "fix and flips" that have now gained such popularity, when that was the better strategy. As a professional real estate developer she employs whatever tactics are necessary to take advantage of prevailing market conditions. With this philosophy she has turned over more than ten "fix and flips", owned and managed an array of rental properties and invested in commercial real estate. During the last fifteen years Anne-Michelle has accumulated and managed a variety of rental properties including single family homes, duplexes, commercial buildings, apartment complexes and other multi-family dwellings.
Over the last fifteen years Anne-Michelle has bought and sold almost every type of real estate. Some have been held for many years and others were flipped almost immediately, depending on the market.
In 1995 Anne-Michelle started forming groups to invest in property on a larger scale. She has been the managing member for a number of successful property trusts, and continues to seek out real estate investment opportunities for her partners.
That expansive vision has led Anne-Michelle to investigate the international real estate market. In 1998 she began traveling to places like Mexico, Panama and Costa Rica. She has purchased land for future development in Mexico and Panama, after researching the requirements for foreign ownership in a number of countries. Recently Anne-Michelle has traveled to Europe and identified exciting investment opportunities in France.
This impressive history has given Anne-Michelle a comprehensive and sophisticated understanding of all mortgage lending. She has a professional’s knowledge of the various ways projects can be financed and all the loan alternatives available to purchasers. She in fact has all the skills and knowledge of a mortgage broker.
Anne-Michelle continues to stay at the cutting edge by regularly researching alternative investment opportunities in multiple markets. That enables her to make wise decisions by selecting projects in regions or categories with the greatest chance of success.
It doesn’t matter where it is. Real estate is real estate. That’s why Anne-Michelle has been so successful in such diverse markets, including Colorado, her home base and Florida, Hawaii and North Carolina. She has also invested in tax liens in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Florida.
Anne-Michelle is also acts as a consultant and is part of a nationwide networking group of real estate professionals.
This is an impressive background for a real estate professional that is magnified by her passionate commitment to clients, investors and partners.
